Chicago's leading 'edge' in real estate is represented well by Timothy Hamann.  An Illinois native, Timothy is currently based in the Bucktown neighborhood in the west side of Chicago.  Timothy brings to the table a good working knowledge of the Chicago market, from the many growing suburbs to the developing neighborhoods.  Market trends and analysis is his fortay, as he has a vast background in strategy and planning for both hotels and online travel distribution.  Timothy has previously served as the Director of Revenue and Reservations for two major hotel chains in both Illinois and Utah, who are considered to be the industry leader for both customer service and sales administration.  His analytic background in travel and tourism trends, as well as his dynamic selling abilities, gives him an '
